The Beginning

Sue Vidinovski has been involved in the Windsor health and fitness scene for most of her life. For the past 18 years she has been working as a fitness instructor in numerous health clubs, teaching everything from kickboxing and weight training to aerobic cardio and high interval training. She is an early adopter when it comes to new fitness methods and believes that creating a positive and fun environment is key to helping her clients succeed.

Creater of SUESANITY Fitness, Sue has helped numerous individuals in Windsor/Essex County achieve their fitness goals. She describes herself as having a energetic spirit and the ability to motivate people to improve their health through movement.

 

 
 
 

SUESANITY + POUND FITNESS

Her recent interest in Pound Fitness was discovered through social media. Pound is a way to channel your inner ROCKSTAR in a full body 45 minute cardio jam session that is inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Pound burns up to 900 calories per hour, strengthens and sculpts the body, releases tension and aggression and dramatically improves rhythm and coordination. This type of workout is fun for all ages and fitness levels.

It's uniqueness and fast-paced movements is unlike anything else she has seen or experienced. It's energetic, loud and interactive format mirrored who she was as a fitness instructor and it wasn't long before she became a certified "Pound Pro" instructor.

Since then, Sue has been named "The Women of Steele" by The Windsor Star and has been featured on many news sources such as SportsXpress Windsor, AM800 and CTV News.
